We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Education and Training Coordinator at UL Research Institutes (ULRI).

The Senior Education and Training Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of educational and training programs for UL Research Institutes. The Senior Education and Training Coordinator will collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop training materials, and ensure the effective delivery of education and training initiatives.

What you’ll learn & achieve:

As the Senior Educatoin and Training Coordinator, you will play a key role in the rapid growth of UL as you: 

  • Design and create training materials, curriculum, and resources. Ensure training content aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with researchers and stakeholders to identify training needs and goals. Conduct assessments and surveys to determine gaps in knowledge and skills.
  • Plan and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venues, materials, and equipment.
  • Assist in delivering training sessions, whether in-person or virtually. Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Evaluate training outcomes and collect feedback from participants. Generate reports and analyze data to measure training program success.
  • Help manage the training budget effectively and allocate resources. Identify cost-effective solutions for delivering training programs.
  • Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and external partners. Communicate with management to ensure alignment with organizational strategies.
  • Ensure that training programs comply with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain high-quality standards in training content and delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with trainers, coordinators, and subject matter experts.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, software, and tools for training support.
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends in education and training to ensure program relevance

Professional education and experience requirements for the role include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Training, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in education, training, or instructional design
